Prefabrication means that the structure is pre-made in the factory and delivered as a complete unit. This modern construction method is standardized, industrialized, modular, integrated, and digitalized. It allows full coordination from R&D and design to production and on-site assembly, maximizing energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and overall value.
KUNGU units are made of aluminum alloy, while container houses are typically retrofitted from shipping containers.
KUNGU offers various product series with different designs and sizes. Usable floor areas range from 26.7 to 35.7 square meters, with both single and double-room layouts. Customers can choose add-ons such as bathrooms, balconies, skylights, or upgrade to smart technology packages.
KUNGU units are suitable for a wide range of terrains and remote locations, often at a lower cost than traditional construction. While highly adaptable, all placements are evaluated for safety first. Applications include family tourism, commercial venues, and public service. Our products have been installed at airport aprons, highway intersections, event sites, and complex terrains such as mountain peaks, forests, and coastal wetlands.
The minimum spacing between units is 4 meters. We recommend at least 6 meters to ensure privacy, open views, and room for future modifications. Final layouts are planned according to the site and customer needs.
Overall height including supporting legs ranges from 3.3m to 3.6m. Interior clear height varies by model, typically between 2.1m and 2.4m.
For standard models, production is typically completed within 45 days.

Due to the large product size, seamless exteriors aren’t feasible. We apply a three-layer waterproof system, including hidden drainage channels, clips, and structural sealants. Water tests are conducted before delivery.
Balconies are optional. Standard models like the K-Smart Lite S1 and S3 include open balconies. Customers can request enclosed versions or integrate the space into the interior.
Yes. All units are equipped with Gree ducted air systems, with one or two air outlets depending on layout and size.
Yes, floor heating and oxygen systems are available upon request.
Wi-Fi is provided via 4G router. TV, telephone, and internet ports can be pre-installed based on client needs.
No. Units are designed for municipal power access. For remote locations, we can provide a customized power solution.
Municipal systems are preferred. For off-grid areas, on-site water storage and sewage treatment need to be arranged. We do not include water tanks due to hygiene and management issues.
Yes. Layouts can be fully customized according to client requirements.
As temporary structures, they usually don’t require full construction permits, but local land use and business operation regulations must be followed. For hospitality or tourism use, proper local business licenses must be obtained.
